Comet is led by Chef Nguyen Thi Hien - an Executive Chef with over 20 years of experience who worked for a MICHELIN Selected restaurant in Hanoi.

 

Comet embraces a farm-to-table philosophy, using seasonal produce and trusted local sourcing, with a commitment to sustainable dining (reducing waste and prioritizing environmentally friendly choices).

 

Guests are invited into an East–West conversation on the plate, where Vietnamese heritage flavours meet contemporary European refinement - ideal for those seeking a taste of home or a touch of something different.
